I’ve been watching horror movies a lot lately and i absolutely love them but i still get scared. Any help?
Watch the outtakes and behind-the-scenes footage IMMEDIATELY. Nothing like seeing someone made up as a monster start dancing.

When I watch scary movies, I will watch them during the day. This way they aren’t as scary because the things in them are very unlike where I currently am. Watching with other people helps ALOT too.

Just start thinking about how irrational/impossible/cheesy the "scary" stuff in them is.

Go behind the scenes and view horror movies and how they are made. The blood and gore is all fake, obviously.. but seeing how it is made makes it less scarier, and the knowing it’s a good film to be enjoyed, and cringe sometimes at, but you know where the horror is coming from .. this helps me when I see them . hope it helps .. cheers:)

Experience horrifying things in real life and then a movie will never scare you again.
