AVATAR currently holds the record for the most expensive movie ever made, somewhere between $325 – $400 Million. But just wait … with inflation, the cost of movies going up, some day within a few years even AVATAR’s pricetage will be beaten. When 20th Century Fox made CLEOPATRA with Liz Taylor, at that time it had the highest budget of any film ever made: $30 million. Now, that amount wouldn’t even be considered realistic for a major motion picture produced today.

BTW – the highest grossing movie ever made is still GONE WITH THE WIND. The true way to find out which film grossed the most money is by comparing movie grosses Adjusted for Ticket Price Inflation.
(Adjusted to the estimated 2009 average ticket price of $7.18. Inflation-adjustment is mostly done by multiplying estimated admissions by the latest average ticket price. Where admissions are unavailable, adjustment is based on the average ticket price for when each movie was released (taking in to account re-releases where applicable).

She also lived near the desert where they tested bombs, I think. There was a scene I remember when she is hosting a party at her house and the boys are standing on one side and the girls were on the other. I assume the movie was set in the sixties.

Im pretty sure it was a chick flick. Was it Twilight, New Moon, or the Sister Hood of the Traveling Pants? Those are the only three I heard of/seen before.

How does a company like Paramount, or Fox get that kind of money? I understand that they’d use money from past movies, but what if it is their first movie? Do they just go to a bank and ask if they can take out $300 million?

Investors…..when one sits at the table to hammer out a distribution and/or production deal, there better be a means to cover a portion or all costs. Studios are much more selective in the art of the deal.

Do you need some device?

Windows Movie Maker can import and supported almost all video and media files, audio and pictures.

Open Windows Movie Maker. To import your files, go to:
File > Import into collections… or "Ctrl+i".

But if you are referring to "external devices", then you nedd to do this:
connect your camcorder to Windows and let Windows detects your device.

Once connected, then you can either copy the files into your pc or capture directly into your Movie Maker.

Just select "Capture video from device" or "Ctrl+r" and follow the instruction.

I wish I can tell you more but not everyone is using a camcorder with same brand or models.
