Both finding a comfortable position to snooze in and staying sound asleep are often giant challenges if you are pregnant. If you usually sleep either face down or on your back, getting comfortable can even more difficult.Sleeping in either of these positions can present problems when you are expecting a baby.Your breasts may be sore plus much more hypersensitive as a result sleeping on your stomach is out.Lying on your back positions the added weight of of your child precisely on your back therefore that can be uncomfortable as well.
