Is bollywood is relying on hollywood as far as good scripts are concerned?

Since long time bollywood is making remakes of hollywood movies and getting inspired from there work. Many bollywood classics are rip-off of hollywood movies.
There is a very subtle difference in being inspired and making absolute rip-offs. Bollywood is doing both, but instances of rip-off are more with a few inspirations thrown in.
We have a Pseudo Intellectual Mahesh Bhatt who is a master of rip-offs. All of his movies are rip-offs of Hollywood movies (there may be one or two odd movie, but those movies are also inspired- I have a complete list, would take time to reproduce it here). Then there is Robin Bhatt master at copying scene by scene and sanjay gupta making rip-offs. I hold these three as the biggest culprits because they adorn the garb of being great directors would sit tight and speak like they know every thing, but without any shame copy Hollywood movies scene by scene. In some of the movies they even copy the sets camera angles.
But what can be said bollywood has been in the habit of thieving music since time immemorial without giving any due acknowledgement.
But Hollywood walas don’t care, they are forgiving. But I exort them to at lease sue two of great film maker That pseudo intellectual Mahesh Bhatt, he is the numero uno and then Robin Bhatt. Sanjay Gupta can be forgiven because his works can be categorised into heavily inspired category. But these two steal scene by scene, even the camera angles.
